If you are dissatisfied with your components for any reason within 10 days after receipt, you may return them without question. Returns that are still covered by the manufacturer's warranty are accepted; simply contact your account manager with your work order number and reason for return. We'll work with you to get your money back. A restocking fee of 25% applies to all returns. Please ensure that the material is returned in its original packing and in sellable condition.
All orders are subject to Shinya's acceptance and, in the event of Products not being held in stock by Shinya, confirmation. Shinya maintains the right, in its sole discretion, to accept or reject any order. When Products are sold based on a description or a reference to a sample, Shinya will make every effort to offer products that match the description or sample. Shinya, on the other hand, is not responsible for any deviation in the Products that are beyond its control. Any technical advice provided in connection with the use of any Products is provided as a courtesy to the user. The Buyer is responsible for determining the suitability and usage of any Products purchased, and the seller is not liable or responsible in any way for the content or use of any advice supplied.
Even though the Products may be in transit or in the control of Shinya's delivery agent, the Buyer accepts that the Products are deemed delivered to him at the time they leave Shinya's premises. All delivery and freight expenses, charges, taxes, and levies are the responsibility of the Buyer. All claims for errors or late delivery must be made within five days of receipt. Shinya will use reasonable efforts to deliver Products within the timeframes specified by the Buyer in its order; however, Shinya will not be liable for any loss incurred by the Buyer as a result of any delay, and the Buyer will not be entitled to cancel the order.
